Look for beans specifically labeled for espresso, as they are typically roasted darker to bring out the rich, bold flavors that espresso is known for.
    2. Get the Grind Right: The grind size plays a crucial role in the espresso-making process. For a perfect espresso, the grind should be fine but not too powdery. If the grind is too coarse, the water will flow through too quickly, resulting in a weak shot.
